XP - query that prompts a user for a name

Now that I have you here, not that simple. I have a field ATTENTION, there is various other criteria limiting the data. The cherry on the sundae would be that when the user opens the query (datasheet) that it asks for a name (driven by the ATTENTION field) but if they aren't sure on the exact name they can use some sort of Like *name* response and get all the names that are similar. I've been out of Access for a while and am in a pinch, could you please provide me some assistance on this. If I remember correctly it shouldn't be too difficult. Thank you for your time and efforts.
 
You can set the criteria under this column to something like:

Like "*" & [Enter name] & "*"

IMHO, it is never good practice to use parameter prompts. I suggest you use controls on forms for all filtering.
