HELP!! I have 4 XP Pro PC's (ws1, ws2, ws3, ws4) in a workgroup enviroment and need to share a folder on one and a printer on another. I can see all the PC's in 'my network places' from all the PC's and all PC's can access one workstation (ws3) but the other 3 PC's give 'a you dont have permission to to access this PC' error message. Techent pointed me to the the "Network Access: Let Everyone permissions apply to anonymous users" setting and I have enabled this setting but it still does not work.

Please help

Thanks
Mark

This discusses the basic resolution: synchronize the username and passwords used on all machines, and do not use blank or empty passwords.

It also discusses some other steps that can be taken, and the use of local policy settings.
