Have a client who will not replace their Laserjet IID printer. It is attached to a Small Business Server NT 4. When printing trhough XP (networked printer) often the second page gets an error and has lots of ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ lines appearing on the page when continued to print. It also more slow than normal. The same documents print fine from a Win 95 and a win 2000 PC on the same network. Any ideas ??

Have you tried printing a test page from the XP machine?
What about the drivers on the xp machine? Is the printer config on the XP machine the same as the 2000 or 95 machine?

Have you tried using a standard "universal" HP PCL 5 driver like or instead of using the built in driver in XP ?
