XP Pro/DSL and DNS

I'm running XP and having DNS/SL issues. I try to get out to the internet and each page attempts to load but just hangs. I have reset my modem/pc with no luck. I'm able to ping out to the net ex:

http://www.yahoo.com

and get valid replies but it won't resolve the name in the browser. Any suggestions would be great.

Try this, there is a reasonable chance it will repair your Winsock entries if they are the source of the problem:
