XP Pro and USB driver

have just purchased a compaq n800c.
i've installed xp pro, however I dont seem to have
a driver for......

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

it comes up in the other devices and a "!".

Its a new machine and I'm sure its USB 2.0 (I hope it is).
Where can I get a driver from??.

Under USB controllers I see x2 NEC PCI to USB open host controller....

Howdy:

The driver should be on your systemboard driver cd. If not, go to the Compaq website and download the driver.
