I have a new Seagate 200gig drive and I am getting ready to do a clean install of XP Pro. Performing a regular fdisk and format gives you 130 something gig. Am I understanding this correctly that after SP1 is installed I will be able to format the remaining portion of the drive?

Is there another format within XP that I should be using?

Thanks

Perhaps you should consider using the NTFS file system instead of FAT32. Subdividing the drive into smaller partitions is an option for you too.
