XP print drivers

I am running Windows NT 4.0 server with SP6. I have 6 HP 4100 printers set up on the server. I need to know how to get the Win XP drivers installed ON THE SERVER to ease the setting up of printers at the new local machines. I do not want to install the printers locally. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this will work for XP but here's how to do it for 2000:

I think you might have trouble - as XP later than NT, NT server doesn't recognise XP drivers, so you can't install them.
