Hello, I'm wondering why most of my memory comsuming apps, that is large games, use abou 1/3 of physical memory and 2/3 page file.

I run for example Oblivion and F.E.A.R (ok, with Daemon tools) and with both is the same thing. About half (1280M) of my physical memory is free. Is this normal? For example FEAR takes about 1Gb of pagefile.

I ask because Iv had have some problems with my memory sticks, one of them is CL3 and two is CL2.5

The default within XP is to use page file to begin with anyway. Given enough time (usually not long), any kind of not-quite-accessed memory will be put to page file.

You might try tweaking the size of the page file, under System/Advanced/Performance/Advanced (I believe)
