Xp-Office package Help Files

Afternoon all

We have an XP laptop with MS office installed, when one paticular user tries to access the help files the system cant find them. We think we have nailed it down to a profile problem as we can recreate it on other machines using the same profile, and if other users logon to the problem laptop they can all access the help files no problem.

Any ideas?
