XP Network file shareing

I want to file share on a router network useing
NWLINK IPX/SPX Netbios comapatable transport protocal.
When I added the protocal it also added NWLink NetBios.
My question is????? What should I bind. Client for microsoft networks and file and printer sharing with both or only one of the protocalls.

I use TCP IP for the internet conection and have nothing binded to that.????????????????
