Any help greatly apprecitaed.

Running XP fine for ages, but started getting "Virtual Memory Too Low", whacky slow behaviour and ultimately processes crashing.

Checked what was taking processor / memory using task manager. "hphmon05.exe" starts by using a few K, then just keeps 'growing' until the behaviour happens.

If I kill the process then everyhting appears to be fine, and after surfing about it's a non critical process for the PC card reader.

1) Anyone else had this?
2) How can I cure it?

Cheers.

I have had problems with another HP product, an all in one printer, fax, copier on one laptop. Seems it is more unstable and needs rebooting every couple of days. Have not been bad enough to investigate. Other 4 computers do not seem to have the same problem.
