Does anyone know how to create a local user profile on a machine that is connected to a network. The user needs to be able to use IE and other programs but should not be able to gain access to the network or install programs.
Can this be done without editing the local group policy as that seems to lock down the administrator settings as well and if the machine has only a C: drive it is not possible to create an opposite policy or is it?
