I have a site license for XP for 10 users. I also have about 50 individual liscences that came with the machines for a total of 60 pc's. Can I use the site license for the 10 users on the rest of the pc's so I can image. I will still hold onto the individual licenses so pirating won't be an issue. I will own enough licenses for the amount of pc's I have. I think the site licenses don't register with microsoft. Right?

eaglefan2000,
FWIW, when I spoke to Microsoft Sales about buying an Open Volume License for my systems, I was told that additional Open Volume installations would be properly licensed by purchasing OEM versions of XP that were never installed on any system, and installing from the Open Volume CD.

I would think that means that the answer to your question is "Yes, certainly" but I'm not a lawyer.

If you need to quote me, just say "A guy on the internet said that some guy on the phone said that it was okay." [bigsmile]

I believe torandson is correct. if you feel up to reading through over 75 pages of licensing information, here is a link to MS's PUR.

"Product Use Rights (PUR) the Bible of licensing" well in regards to ms anyway. the licensing guy i was talking to said they update this every few quarters or so.
