XP Issues!

We just migrated about 10 servers over to Citrix XP and it seems to have migrated our licenses over to the XP servers too, with one catch, it doubled the number of available licenses.

The other question I have, more importantly:
The Citrix Management Console is slow as a slug over the Bonneville Salt Flats. Is there anyway to speed this crap up. Does everyone have issues with speed in the new MMC?
