XP is using NT/2000 log off Screens 1

I have just installed XP pro SP3 onto my new pc. At first it used the softer XP screens(?) icons(?) for logging off or task manager. Now it has gone back to the old NT type grey boxes.

I have my pc set up so it loads my settings atraight away and no password is needed.

As I am the only user Fast Switching is tirned off.

Any ideas how to get the XP icons back?

open useraccounts, click on change logontype and set the hook on use welcomescreen
