Ok maybe someone encountered the same problem as me before and might know what is causing this. Heres the situation. My computer is acting like it is processing continously but there is nothing running that should be using the processor. It slows anything i try to do down so i would like to fix it. when u go into the task manager it shows that the CPU has only 1 or 2 % usage so i can't figure out what is causing this.
