XP Installation stops halfway

While reinstalling, Windows XP stopped halfway thru the installation. Now when i turn the computer on I come up with the error A file is missing or corrupted try to repair with the windows CD. I changed the bios to boot from the CD but it comes up with the error:

Everything I can find says to repair from Windows CD but I can't even get to it. Any help would be appreicated.
