XP in Win2000 network

Am running Windows 2000 server with a linux box beside it
running Dans Guardian(firewall and filter program)In
order for XP computers to get access to Internet I must
use Proxy server in Internet Explorer. How do I set up
Internet Explorer for everone who logs on to machine with
correct proxy settings? Since Admin is only able to make
changes.(school setting)

I note that the 'Internet Options' are machine and not user specific, and this is where the proxy assignment would be made.
