XP Home not pulling DNS Servers

Using Nortel Extranet Access Client (4.65), three clients are not getting DNS servers assigned when connecting to VPN.
Even when specifying servers in Extranet Client (Options/Name Server options), the DNS servers from the ISP connection are the only ones there.
Usually the Network DNS will append on top of these.
Connectivity good - can ping resources by IP but no name resolution.
Is there something in XP Home's lack of ability to join a domain that is coming into play here?
One of the clients was fine before a re-install of the Extranet client.
