XP Group Policy export?

Hi !
Maybe this is a dumb question....
How do I export a Win XP Group Policy so I can use it
in ZEN 4 ?

Do I simply copy the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\GROUP POLICY directory structure from a Win XP workstation to a suitable
directory on my NW 5.1 ZEN 4 server ?

Or is there some other way to do this ?
