Does anybody have any suggestions? ive tested memory seems ok. stopped all programs loading on startup still does it!!

!!!HELP!!!

it may be starting services or apps that's taking so long.
you can disable some services that you don't need. examples of services that you can disable.
alerter
clipbook
distributed transaction coordinator
human interface device access
indexing
performance log
telnet
you can also type msconfig at run window to see what apps start when computer starts. if you don't recognize an app, or if you think it shouldn't start, disable it at startup.
