We have a machine connected to our network, which needs to be able to dial-up to a server and ftp a file to a server.
We have tested a dial-up connection and it appeared to work ok on our machine. The dial-up connected, we connected via terminal. We ran our batch script, pulling files from the network, and then ftp'd the files to the remote server.
On the live machine, however, whenever we connect via dial-up the local network is unavailable.
If we remove use shared gateway on remote network, we are able to retain our local network connectivity, yet are unable to reach the FTP server.
Local subnet = 192.168.4.0
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Christian.
