XP Client Problems with server shares

I have a network of about 40+ XP clients in a 2003 R2 domain.

I have 1 XP sp3 machine that (no matter who logs in to it) can access shares on the server, but cannot change or delete (user has full security rights to share). If I login to any other XP box I have no problem, so I believe there is something with this box.

I have re-added this box to the domain. I have even explicitly added this computer name to the security of the shares....no luck.

Is there any advice or direction that someone could share?

Thanks

share access only controls if u are allowed to connect, the real security follows by implementing ntfs permissions.
check the effective permissions for a specific user that should have the change/delete permission, take a closer look on inheritance.
is there a restrictive gpo in action?
turn simple filesharing off.
