I just purchased a new Compaq machine for a client. Installed XP Professional (using the windows system checker got the most current files). Loaded the citrix client (along with a few local apps). Most of the time when I start a session (not always), say a seamless Excel session. It halts the machine. With this in Event log (similiar message on screen when the halt occurs).
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c5
(0x0001026c, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8052f200). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
The secnario:
NT2k Metaframe 1.8 SP2 (could not load SP3 because it killed one critical application).
Things I tried:
Loaded the "standard" ICA client.
Loaded the XP client.
Tried running a session across a WAN link.
Tried using a desktop session, got the desktop up. When I tried running the app I halted again.
I can sometimes get in the seamless app without issues, but rarely.
I am examining the .dmp file for clues, and fixes.
Any suggestions Ideas?
