Having trouble setting up a VPN tunnel between 2 computers. Any help would be GREATLY APPRICIATED.
Both locations are using Linksys VPN endpoint routers (BEFSX41). I followed the directions from the Linksys site to setup the VPN Tunnel, and as far as I can tell it is setup right, because when we go into the routers settings and hit connect under the VPN tab it says we are both connected. I can ping the other machine from mine. I am using Windows 7, the other machine is an XP. Niether machine has Windows Firewall turned on. Both machines are using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 with default settings. The Linksys VPN endpoints both have firewall enabled through the routers settings.
Any help would be awesome. And once we are able to ping eachother fine, how do we actaully start sharing files? I read somewhere to type //ip.address/shareddocs in IE.. is that all there is to it? Thanks in advance for any help on the matter.
