I'm not sure this is the correct forum, if not please let me know.

I have a 3-computer network, XP - Home edition, Win95, and Solaris. The windows machines are using, TCP/IP, & Netbeui protocol. and Samba 2.2.2 on the Solaris machine.

When I try to view workgroup computers, my Solaris machine is not displayed. If I search by computer name it is found, but
when I clicked on the name I get:

\\solaris is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permission.

The account is not authorized to log in from this station.

In a separate window I also received the message: "The Server Solaris does not accept remote requests"

If I try "net view \\solaris" I get:

System error 5 has occurred
Access Denied

If I try "net use f: \\solaris\homes" I get:

System error 1240 has occurred.
The account is not authorized to log in from this station.

It is the exact opposite on the Windows 95 machine, it can see the machine through network neighborhood, as well as access the shared directories on the Solaris machine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
