XP Browser error message

the instruction at "0x03f41710" referenced memory at "0x03f41710" . The memory could not be "written".

Get this when accessing a folder then says click OK to Exit or Cancel to Debug. Clicking either shuts down folder and returns to desktop. Anybody any ideas !
