XP and Refresh Rates - Geforce 2 MX 400 64MB

Hello

Just wondered if anyone knew anything about a refresh rate problem with Windows XP... Could this be why I am having so much difficulty getting Grand Prix 4 to work!

When I start the program I get a blank screen, if I CTRL+ALT to task manager the program seems to be running ok.

Any ideas?

Sounds like your monitor can not handle the rate your video card produces
