I have two operating system in one mashine for learning purpose. Just recently I'm experiencing this problem of my keyboard an mouse freez every once in whlle. It is not fun because every time it does that I have to shut down the machine and start all-over again. Any tip or suggestion before I decide to remove one of the OS!

XP and Me freez my keyboad and mouse

Is your Bios up to date, check with your Motherboard manufacturer.
You haven't supplied a lot of information so for general mouse and keyboard freezing try these links. Assuming the fault is with both operating systems it suggests a hardware or bios solution.
