We currently encourage our users to put files in the Outlook Public Folders and then create a link to them as part of e-mail message. However, for those users logged in via OWA, when they're in their Inbox message and click on the attached .xnk link, they are unable to be directly sent over to the Public folder to view the posted document. I've even changed the way .xnk files are opened: from Outlook to Internet Explorer. Any suggestions?
