On XN120 when the operator is using the console for call; dialing the console from internal lines will give the caller a ringing tone but does not alert the operator on the console.
How do I make the console to alert the operator or for the calling internal line to get a busy tone instead of a ringing tone?
NB :the ringing tone that an internal caller gets when calling an idle console is different from the one when the operator is using the console.
