Can anyone tell me how it works. I programmed it before at another location but can't do it in another.
I have a phone with a Primary DN as 5300 and another ext. 5337 on key 11. The only mailbox I have is 5300 but also 5337 as an extension DN in that mailbox. I want my light to come on when there is a message for 5337 and 5300.

Key 11 XMWK 7000 5337.

What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?

5337 will light 5300 message light if you assigned it to mailbox 5300 as an ext on 5300. If you want a seperate light fog 5337 you need to to make a mailbox for 5337 and take it off the 5300 mailbaox
