XMWK error code

Hey people i'm really new to nortel. was doing this ACD programming. wanted to add a XMWK key onto my nortel phone. but the error code of SCH1206 keep prompting me. And i have no idea how to clear it. Can someone here pls show me the light? thanks a million.

Hopefully this should be nice and easy.

You need to define the DN of the that you want to monitor on the phone. ie. If you want and XMWK of 2222 then you must have a DN of 2222 on that phone already.

I usually find I have to do two changes. The 1st to add the Dn the second to add the XWMK.

You need to prog. the ext to be monitored on the phone as SCN or SCR then prog. an XMWK on another key as follows:
LD 11
chg
type
TN
echg yes
key xx XMWK xxxx(v-mail ext.) xxxx(ext. to be monitored)

You nedd to allow this feature in CLS prompt.Without looking it up i think it is one of the following;XMWI,SMWA--not sure though-try it.

If you don't want to waste a key on the monitored scn, program an add on module and put the scn key on that
