XMLDOM loading give Access Denied

I am using Microsofts XMLDOM in Javascript. It works fine! Except when the XML file I wish to load does 'not exist' and the path is 'not local'. When this happens I get 'Access Denied' message and no error reported.

Any idea's

You cannot load xml files from anywhere you do not have read access - like someone's _database folder.
