XML to PDF Help

I have a site that has XML data imported into an HTML document. The information from the data needs to be printed to a pdf file. However, when the pdf is created, some of the data or information is missing. Has anyone ever run into this problem? Does anyone have a fix?

Difficult to knwo if you don't tell how the pdf is generated ...
