XML target and source

I've got a relational source and XML target to receive data from that source. I created the XML target importing structure from the relational table. The next step is to use that XML doc as source and put it in an MQ series queue. I don't know how to use the same XML target as source for this part of the mapping. Can someone give me an idea on how to do it.
