XML Stream Capture and Upload

I am required to capture XML stream on the port 80 of a web server and upload them to a MS SQL database. The idea is to have uptodate data avaialble all the time. I have used SQLXML 3.0 to upload xml files to SQL database successfully using xsd. I am not exactly sure what is the best way to attack this project. Any helpful ideas will be appreciated. Thanks.
