XML Response from Transaction Services & HRC: response from PMS

Hi guys,

I know it's such a basic question - but I'm quite a newbie in this stuff. Can you tell me how do I get an XML response from transaction services API and also a response from PMS with <hrc: tag on it. POS that I've used is Simphony.

I dont know what you mean about the PMS.
