I hope this is not inappropriate to post in this forum. Our hospital needs to develop an XML file that we upload to our core measures Vendor. We do not have the expertise inhouse to do this. I am looking for a resource to do this project. So, my question is - does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find an XML programmer/consultant for a limited engagement.
