XML Refresh Issue

I have a Crystal Report based on an XML connection which is produced by another program. I've made the report and saved it with "Save data to report" unchecked. The report works very well with the first report. But when I update the XML file with new data, the report shows the old data.

I clicked on "Verify Database", nothing changed.
I tried the "Log On or Orr server". I reconnected the Xml file, clicked on close, and refreshed the report.

How do I get the report to see the new data?

The purpose of the report is so people who don't know CR can create the XML file, then run the report without having to go into Crystal Reports to do anything.

In File --> Options,under Reporting tab there is an option to Save Data with Report. Is that checked by any chance?
