XML prob

Hi,

I'm simply attempting to open an XML document by double clicking on it. After I double click the file, Internet Explorer is invoked and I get the following error:

"The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
----------------------------------------------------------Class not registered"

I'm using Internet Explorer:
version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
Cypher Strengh: 128 bit
Update Versions: SP1; Q818529; Q330994

Any ideas on why this is happening or what needs to be done to resolve the issue?
