XML Parser: Xerces. How to install it on Windows?

Hello,

I'm just starting an online class about XML. Now I got to the point that I have to install Xerces on my windows machine. I already have the setup file from my institution, but they don't give me instruction how to set it up on windows. What I mean, I think I have to set up the classpath under enviroment variables - System variable.

I just don't have a clue about it.

Can anyone help me?
