XML Parser 4 error

When I try to download the M1 configuration tool spreadsheet in Symposium Web Client I receive an error stating that the system could not initialise the SOAP object. Verify that you have XML Parser 4 installed on your PC.

SOAP and XML service pack (Containing Parser 4) have been installed.

Any ideas?

Did you get a fix to this? we are seeing the same when we try and go into contact centre management.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Perform the procedure for troubleshooting SOAP errors on client PCs as per NTP 297-2183-117, SWC "Planning, Installation and Administration Guide" (Product release 4.5/SU05, Standard 4.0, November 2004), "Simple Object Access Protocol Errors" section, pages 1051-1052.
