XML Forum? source?

Does anyone know of a freely available XML based forum that can handle the user formatting the text that they input in to the form?


i.e.

[header]This is my post [/header]

This is the rest of my post with some bold text and a image

This is bold

Is it possible to return userdefined xml tags from sqlserver?

(i have already tried it using For XML EXPLICIT feature of sql server but the folling problems arises?
1. If the number of record are more then it never returns the whole records ?
2.it is applied for only one element only?
3.It does not return a Root Tag for the document
