XML feeds validate, but won't display in IE

Hey guys,

I've got 3 XML feeds RSS1.0 RSS2.0 and ATOM that have all validated at:
the RSS1.0 and RSS2.0 will display about half the time but the ATOM feed will never display saying:

System does not support the specified encoding.

All 3 feeds are UTF-8 encoded and the content never changes.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
