I have a customer who is using a website (uk.experian.com)that requires a login to a secure area.
She gets so far inputting passwords, then she gets the below error message.
I have found a problem listed on another forum with the zfdagent.msi from Novell that causes the below error exactly with the specific web site they are using, however the user has no reference to zfdagent on their PC.
Any ideas ??. This problem occurs using IE 6 and 7. Firefox fails to get to the page where the problem occurs. It may be a SSL authentication problem ?????
Thanks,
