XML Error Code, where to start from this..?

Here is the error code I receive when I enter the URL in a browser..


Error Type:
msxml3.dll (0x80004005)
Error while parsing "file:///c:/inetpub/ The element 'xsl:stylesheet' is used but not declared in the DTD/Schema.
/rbdev/templates/admin/TestTransformXML.asp, line 36


WHat is the problemo?
