XML Error [4]: Parse Error

Users get this XML error when the phone is just sitting idle. The screen then changes to display "Services". I have not found a document that specifically addresses what XML schema may be incorrect. Any thoughts?

In case anyone is interested, the fix to this was an update setting in the IPCelerate. Apparently the IPC was getting confused on it's updates and would then error the request, which would cause the xml code. The phone then drops to the services screen because a service had an error. Trouble-shooting was via the phone logs; it showed which IP address was causing the mess.
