XML datasource problem ( CR-9 password problem)

Hi ,
I am using CR-9 on windows XP with Java . I have an XML file which I have specified as the datasource using the Merant XML Driver that comes with CR-9. Now in its configuration I don't specify any userid/password ( ie I keep the option unchecked ) .
But when I try to view the report through my Report Viewer /refersh a report with saved data , it gives me a prompt for User/ID password !! The error which I get in my java code ( when I cannot give the password is
Information is needed before this report can be processed. [On Cache/Page Server: DSCP02037.pageserver]

Now , if someone could tell me the following , I'd be really helpful...
1. How to overcome the password problem .
2. Do I need to register my XML driver etc with page
viewer or something and lastly ...
