So I have an xml files which stores a bunch of nodes, and I use an XSL to display these different nodes as html tables.

So for one of the nodes I did not want to display the table on the main page but I wanted to make a link so that when that link opens up, it displays this table. I am fairly new at this, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

The question is reduced to this: Given a table hidden (howto #1?) on a html page, and given a lin on the page, how (howto #2) to make the table turned displayed from hidden when the link is clicked. This is not xml question. xml won't teach you that. It is a html/client-side script question.

It is not that this forum refuses a priori to answer this kind of question, but you cannot expect from answering a side-question, you get subversively the answer to the main question as to how to set up the page in the first place without asking and showing all the necessary info to faciliate the task of answering. As to the latter part, it is implied you find it easy and no problem, though, so why should people repeat that part and that effort?
